Palliative Metallic Colonic Stenting Without the Use of Fluoroscopy: Utility of an Ultrathin Gastroscope
1. Abstract A 59-year-old male presented to our hospital with a 6-month history of abdominal pain and altered bowel habits. Clinically he had a palpably hard liver. An abdominal and pelvis CT scan showed a rectosigmoid tumor with multiple liver metastasis. Sigmoidoscopy showed a large tumor causing almost complete luminal obstruction.
