1. Abstract A 59-year-old male presented to our hospital with a 6-month history of abdominal pain and altered bowel habits. Clinically he had a palpably hard liver. An abdominal and pelvis CT scan showed a rectosigmoid tumor with multiple liver metastasis. Sigmoidoscopy showed a large tumor causing almost complete luminal obstruction.
1. Case Report A 41-year-old man was transferred to our Infectious Diseases Unit with a history of three weeks of fever, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and weight loss. He was HIV positive since 2013 but discontinued antiretroviral therapy in 2019.
