Abstract Early epileptic encephalopathy with Suppression-Burst (SB) in Electroencephalography (EEG) comprises two epileptic syndromes, Early Infantile Epileptic Encephalopathy (EIEE) and Early Myoclonic Encephalopathy (EME). 1. Abstract We report a 3-month-old male infant who had two meningitis events with Citrobacter koseri and was eventually diagnosed as having a spinal dermal sinus tract.
