1. Abstract 1.1. Objective: We report the retrospective analysis of three patients with severe COVID-19, with a SpO2 of 87% on average, treated with a co-adjuvant therapy of inhaled ethanol, as well as a review on the use of this therapy in some respiratory diseases.
