A Giant Sublingual/Submental Dermoid Cyst

1. Clinical Image A 28-year-old male patient presented to our maxillofacial outpatient clinic with a slow growing swelling on the sublingual and submental region. The patient’ complaints were discomfort with swallowing and speech. A physical examination revealed a well-demarcated swelling at the floor of the mouth and the subman- dibular region (Figure A-B).

Intrathoracic Splenosis Detected by 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT and Examined by Multimodal Imaging

We examined a patient with 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT, during follow-up of lung neuroendocrine tumor; patient anamnesis was also positive for post-traumatic splenectomy. The patient is a 71-year-old male with multiple co-morbidities including past medical history of acute pancreatitis and metastatic renal cell carcinoma presented with epigastric abdominal pain for 3 days.
